to keep pace with the times, constantinnovation is the basis of a goodenterprise’s development .in line with this kind of enterprising spirit, lanhaimold has been constantly trying new materials, new technology research anddevelopment. we introduced german resin material in 2008, and successfullydeveloped the method of resin, which made us play the leading role of thevacuum pattern and receive consistent recognition and praise from both regularcustomers and new-developed customers. the wholeprocess of lanhai model production is perfectly implemented according toiso9001:2000 quality assurance system. we strictly control the wood moisturecontent below 8% ~ 12% during the process of raw materials entering ourfactory, wood drying and cement. our production process must passself-inspection check, mutual inspection, and special inspection to ensure theinner quality of semi-finished product, and the appearance, quality,dimensional accuracy and geometric tolerance of the finished product to ensurethat the qualified rate of the product reaches 100%. we consider quality as an imperative part forthe growth of our organization. therefore, we use cnc machinery to integratequality with technology in order to serve our esteemed clients with peerlessquality products. all our pattern makers have been trained professionally, andmost of our staff has more than 10 years of experience in pattern making. wefabricate our products using good quality timbers, and also conduct stringentquality examination and accurate measurement in order to deliver defect-freeproducts. all patterns have to be inspected three times (self-examination,mutual inspection and supervisor measurement) before delivery to customers. we execute iso9001:2000quality management systems. for the wood or sawn timber selection and the kilndrying timber, we ensure that the moisture content of all timber is less orbetween 8%-12%, in order to keep patterns in original shape and with smoothsurface after long-time usage of casting. we also guarantee that all patternsare 100% quality ensured when the customers receive their products. |
